First Service Cleaners provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Canada. Our website allows customers to browse services, request quotes, create accounts, and book appointments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features such as booking history and account management, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Booking & Cancellations

When you book a cleaning service through our platform:

• You agree to provide accurate information about your property and scheduling requirements.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to staff availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised commercial communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
